- Doubting your decisions and ability to design the inside of your home beyond the plan on a paper, or you’re feeling overwhelmed by choice and paralysed by indecision
- Needing some independent guidance to navigate the renovation process
HOW IT WORKS:
- The first and most important point about this package is that how we spend our time together is completely guided by you! Some people need more help in reviewing layouts and bouncing design ideas around and some need more detailed assistance in making the right paint, flooring and hard surface selections. That’s why I offer this package as a “by the hour” service. Keeping it flexible in how we use those hours together!
- Every Reno Assist project will kick off with and initial 90-minute consult where we will form a plan for your home. We’ll unpack your thoughts and ideas on any design selections you’ve been considering. I’ll share my perspective on what will achieve your design outcomes and the process ahead to delivering it. We can also discuss your floor plan and any suggestions I may have to improve its function and flow.
- I’ll then create a concept (aka. moodboard) for your home which will show how the different design elements will be incorporated into the rooms. This will include providing a guide around some of the big-ticket items like flooring, window treatments colours and materials that will achieve your design outcome.
- Once we’ve agreed your customised concept, I will then pull together concepts and help with selections as you need. Our time can also be spent accompanying you at suppliers to make all of your selections if you need.
However you need me, I’ll be there by your side!
INCLUDES:
- Initial in home or virtual 1.5 hour consultation
- Flexible use of the hours available in your package to assist with any design decisions and selections required through your renovation.
INVESTMENT:
- $1300 for a 10-hour package
And if you need me to continue by your side beyond these 10 hours, I can continue to assist by the hour as you require which is charged at an hourly rate.
Please note, hours are pre-paid and non-refundable or transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
