I’ll arrange a consult where we will review your current situation and form a plan to edit and style your space ready for sale. In this consult I’ll share with you advice and tips to maximise the impact in the presentation of your home – including furniture placement, lighting, painting and home improvement works that might be required.
We’ll move pieces around in your home within this consult with the aim of utilising as much as you already have to make your home shine in the eye of your future buyer and only bringing in new pieces where they will have a crucial impact in getting buyers across the line.
And where I recommend professional styling services, I’ll can provide the brief to said pros so that they can pick up where we left off (or you can engage them directly if you prefer), and they can wave their magic wand and ta-da – your home is ready to fetch its best price!
