Yup, I’m covering the very exciting and ever-growing world of property styling aka property staging – or essentially furnishing and styling a home for sale. So I hit up, Nat, the owner of Property Style Co – a specialist stylist that spends all day erryday getting homes set up beautifully for sale – for all the skinny on what’s involved and the need-to- knows for anyone planning to sell their home.
In this episode we run through the process of property styling and how much it costs. And we tackle the FAQs around whether you can use your own items as part of your staging and whether you can live in your home once it’s been staged and it’s on the market for sale etc.
And most importantly, we talk through WHY you would spend the bucks involved to stage your home. I share my view on this as I work with the ~80% of people that can’t see what’s possible in a home and that perfectly sized and arranged furniture, furnishings and finishing touches are EVERYTHING in getting this massive portion of the buying market across the line.
